| Mr. Speaker, recent events, tensions between Dorvik and Aloria and the landslide victory of Conservative & Centrists Alliance in both presidential and parliamentary elections, exposed the ineptitude of the Artanian Union, people of Dorvik ceased to believe in Artanian institutions which ceased to represent the values they used to stand for. Artanian Union ceased to be the the commonweatlh of the Artanian people and became the commonwealth of itself. It became the piggy bank without a bottom but it has forgotten to give the Artanian people hammer to break it and long time ago it ceased to benefit people of Artania for whom it was established. Irratioal policies of the former Alorian government towards Dorvisch people exposed how clumsy the Artanian Union really is. It was the dorvisch government, the dorvisch people who took care of themselves, they saw with their own eyes that in times of danger they can count only on themselves. Therefore, Mr. Speaker, on behalf of the KZK, I present this bill which aim is to call a referendum in which Dorvisch People, will decide whether it is rational to stay in the Artanian Union or not. They have the right to decide because its their money which the Artanian Union is spending but gives nothing in return.
