MessageA cursory security check should pose no problem to common citizens. Only those with criminal record or bad intentions should be concerned. Furthermore, if we issue passports on demand, would that mean that a court could not be able to suspend a suspect's passport if there is some risk of runaway?

We don't like this proposal, we support the current system.
