| YOUR IMPERIAL AND HEAVENLY MAJESTY, We, the Estates assembled in the Ranzurado of Mikuni-Hulstria, beg that Your Imperial person recognise and confirm, pursuant to the Imperial Constitution, the following hereditary noble titles that have historically been granted in the peerages of Hulstria and Gao-Soto: From the peerages of Hulstria and Gao-Soto - Bürggraf Goddestreu zu Alt-Kien, in the Crownland of Hulstria - Graf Michels von Bad Phönixspring, in the Crownland of Hulstria - Fukuyama no Shinshaku, Vizegraf Fukuyama von Takkental zu Takayama, in the Crownland and Free State of Mitrania - Bürggraf Griesmeyer zu Aussen-Labsburg, in the Crownland of Budenlar From the peerage of Greater Hulstria: - Junker von Donnelshoffen zu Pieterspalz We further beg that Your Imperial person bestow under the provisions of the Imperial Constitution the following noble titles on these your servants: - der ehrenwerter Herr Egon Gubler, to be ennobled for life in recognition of his service in Your Imperial Majesty's Government of the Imperial Crownlands, in the government of the Crownland and Free State of Mitorania and in this House, as Baron Gubler of Heuboden. And we further beg that Your Imperial person see fit to restore the knightly Order of the Twin Phoenixes and assume its Grand Mastery, to be awarded for exception service to the unity, the values and the people of the Imperial Crownlands of Mikuni-Hulstria.
