Mr. Speaker We wish to push through the assembly an act that will both expand choice in education while ensuring that the quality of private facilities is equal to those which we provide publicly. As long as it's thoroughly monitored, public and private education can serve to compete with each other for the best teachers and students. Competition will help us develop our children's ability to learn and create a better learning environment for our students. |
