Rupert Ernest Winchester of the House of Northminster shall succeed Her Imperial and Most Excellent Majesty Empress Mary II of Rothingren-Traugott Dynasty, Orange-Villayn Branch, House of Adlerberg to the throne of the Holy Luthori Empire. Rupert Ernest Winchester's regnal name shall be Rupert I, and he shall be crowned by the Archbishop of Oalapo at Adlerberg Abbey in Fort William as part of the coronation ceremony. The day of the coronation shall be a public holiday.
