After discussing about a possible fuel shortage and its possible consequences, we have decided (or we are about to decide) to make a national petroleum reserve to be prepared for that threaten. However, if we decrease our fuel usage by investing and funding clean energies researches our solvency in this matter will be assured. Therefore, we propose the following: |
