| The powers of the President shall be as follows: 1. The President shall have the power to appoint Supreme Court justices when there is a vacancy. 2. So long as Hutori remains a member of the Security Council, the President shall appoint the ambassador. 3. The President shall have the power to control a cabinet office should there be a vacancy. 4. In cases of an imminent attack where the Minister of Defense is not available, the President may assume temporary control of the military. |
