| Arbitrator: The Honourable Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, Gillian Bailey Defendant: Wez Belushi Charges: abuse of power Recruitment of Illegal organisation Plea Hearing Procedure: 1) The Arbitrator will set out the charges that the defendant is convicted of, what they are and their maximum sentence. 1.5) The Arbitraror will inform the defendant of the advantages of an early plea at this stage. 2)The Arbitraror will ask the defendant to make their first plea. 3) The Defendant will make their first plea on their charges. 4) If a guilty plea is entered, the sentence trial will go ahead. 4.5) If a not guilty plea is entered, a trial will be announced, the jury will be called, as will the state prosecutor. 5) At the point of a not guilty plea, the judge sets out the time and date for the trial and informs the jury and prosecutor. Rules and Etiquette - The arbitrator must be addressed as "your Honour". |

| Message | OOC: You guys should speak to the socialists because I think we are waiting for an investigation into the PSL, Governor Belisha has not yet been charged- look at the Constitutional affairs ministers statement. Btw, we had a case on paramilitaries in the past and it was a jury decision. If the socialists approve this, we should go ahead with a jury verdict. |
