Message | Currently our citizens are "children" until the age of 21. This law means that they cannot work in a coffee shop after school, work in the summer or anything until they are 21. We feel that the current law is the best method to insure that our children are exposed to the real life of working, while preventing them from being exploited at the cost of their schooling. |

Message | True, but this should make us reconsider the age at which the citizens become adults. Twenty-one seems a bit on the high side. |
Date | 20:53:26, February 08, 2006 CET | From | Meritocratic Progressive Union | To | Debating the Child Labour Abolition |
Message | 21 is too high in our current world where eductaion starts at young age. Lowering the adultry age would allow us to dismiss the option of child labour. |
Date | 01:04:49, February 09, 2006 CET | From | Malivianese Militarist Party | To | Debating the Child Labour Abolition |
Message | We believe some children have the merits, sometimes greater than adults, to provide their services whether for other people or in the employ of the people's government. As such, we agree with the current law. |
Date | 03:57:35, February 09, 2006 CET | From | Protectorate Party | To | Debating the Child Labour Abolition |
Message | Even with a lower age (which we will not agree to) preventing people from earning money in safe way whcih does not interfere with education seems unnecessary and potentially harmful to our youth. |
Date | 17:01:40, February 09, 2006 CET | From | Social Democrat League | To | Debating the Child Labour Abolition |
Message | That all depends on what those additional regulations are, if sufficient control is kept, we can agree to working outside of school-time above the age of 16, along with several other key issues. |
Date | 00:14:38, February 11, 2006 CET | From | Protectorate Party | To | Debating the Child Labour Abolition |
Message | Those sort of issues are to be outlined in a bills description. |

Random fact: Moderation will not accept Cultural Protocol updates which introduce, on a significant scale, cultures which are likely to be insufficiently accessible to players. In particular, for all significant cultures in Particracy, it should be easy for players to access and use online resources to assist with language translation and the generation of character names. Moderation reserves the right to amend Cultural Protocols which are deemed to have introduced significant cultures that are not sufficiently accessible and which are not being actively role-played with. |
