| The purpose and intent of this bill are to ensure that the women of the Holy Luthori Empire have full autonomy over their bodies and any medical decisions made about them, without input from the Government or the law. In order to achieve this, we propose the following: |

Proposed: The government provides abortion funding only for low-income earners.

Old value:: The government does not supply free or discounted contraceptives.
Current: The government does not supply free or discounted contraceptives.
Proposed: The government offers free contraceptives in pharmacies and public toilets.
