| I stand to day, to announce our intention to complete the nationalization of energy compagnies. Energy is essential in the lives of all Baltusia citizen. Further more we add theses articles, to make sure nationalization does not compromise autonomy of industries. Alliance Female Co-Leader : Quinn Green Article 1 : Direction of each compagny shall be recognized as independant entreprises, who make their own decision, concerning prices, Article 2 : Prices shall be approved by the ministry of science and technology. Article 3 : energy comapgny shall no be permitted to use fossil energy to produce electricity. Article 4 : in case of privatisation, the owner of the compagny will be recognized the right to reclaim their compagnies. |
