Bill: Citizenship Act (4172)
Details
Submitted by[?]: Malivian Front
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: December 4173
Description[?]:
Limiting who can and is eligible to receive citizenship for our nation will not only save us money, but will ensure that proper Malivian values are maintained and fostered in Malivian society. The current law is outrageous. The idea that someone in Solentia can just walk into the Malivian embassy and declare himself a citizen of Malivia and that the ambassador must accept it as valid is ludicrous. For purposes of this bill, nationals are anyone who at time of the passing of this bill hold Malivian citizenship, either as their sole citizenship or as one of several. Furthermore, only one parent at time of birth needs to be a Malivian citizen for their offspring to receive/claim Malivian citizenship. Pres. Johnathan Davis |

Proposal[?] to change Government policy concerning granting nationality (national of this state without implication of having citizenship rights).
