Bill: National Religion in Malivia Act (4172)
Details
Submitted by[?]: Malivian Front
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: January 4174
Description[?]:
Over half of all Malivians are adherants to the Bishopal faith and an overwhelming majoroty of Malivians claim some branch of Hosian as their religion. The newly-founded Church of Luthori in Malivia is the only official Bishopal church in Malivia and holds apporval from the Archbishop of Oalopo. Upon passing of this bill, the Church of Luthori in Malivia would become the "official" religion, meaning nothing more that the government recognizes it's importance in the cultural and religious lives of our citizens. Of course, the government would and does and will allow citizens to practice whatever religion they wish and will not hinder them in the practice of it. Pres. Johnathan Davis |
