Description[?]:
Work in progress... The House of Parliament of the Free State of Malivia (also known simply as "Parliament") is the highest legislative body in the Free State of Malivia and is located in the capital city of Hitam, Bhulkhandra, Membership: The nation is divided into five constituencies, each sending 140 members for representation during national elections, which are held every four years. Members of Parliament are entitled to a large salary and reimbursement for spending undertaken in their official capacity. Members are also entitled to use the post-nominal of "MP." Leadership: The leader of the Parliament is the Speaker, who is appointed by the President and voted on by the Parliament. The Speaker must be a member of Parliament, but once elected must promise total and complete independence from any political party and is the only MP who is registered as an indep ndent, although he or she may still vote. The Speaker moderates debates, facilitates discussions, keeps order in the house and ensures that proper protocol is kept. Ministers, the President and Parliament: Cabinet ministers are chosen from members of Parliament and ministers remain as members of the house. The President is separate from Parliament and therefore any MP elected to the Presidency must resign his or her seat before ascending to that office. |

Message | Also I think what should be added is that bills cannot be laid before parliament without the appointment of the speaker and once the speaker is appointed, they must at all times vote on a particular bill to show their presence and if they don't, then they lose their position and then an immediate bill must be proposed , with a new appointment by the President, that a new speaker be voted on by parliament by simple majority vote. Additionally, I believe that included in the bill should be a time frame as well for budget to be heard by the minister of finance( between Nov and Jan, lastest being ending of Jan) and if not the Minister of finance should be called upon to resign from his post due to dereliction of duty |
