| This bill will allow the the military to maintaining its stockpile of fighter jets and use them t bomb North Somasi. At first the bombings will be limited to industrial areas the the rebels' military bases. If the separatists do not surrender after six months after the agreement is approved, the civilians areas will be shelled by bombers and artillery regiments. |
