This is not just the legal declaration of martial law in Somasi; this is also how it has to be carried out. \ Article 1: Revitalization of Post-War Somasi When martial law is declared, the norther half of Somasi, occupied by the separatists, will fall under direct control of the federal government once retaken by the Aldegar military. After the end of the war, government funding will be allocated to the revitalization of infrastructure, agricultural, and industrial sectors of the regional economy. Article 2: Punishment of rebel forces Most prisoners of war will be sentenced up to ten years in labour camps. Politicians as well as military commanders and officers will be hanged in public to deter future rebellions in the region. |
