| Okay, so we got a smoking bill a while back. And alas, it passed. So now we got smokers. It should be apparent that I am against, and will raise the issue later on aswell. For now I see that banning it will most likely not succeed. But let us at least not put smokers there where others will be annoyed by it. Employers might have a non-smoking space now, but they will have to go in smoking space for several chores. And it ruďns the employers building with smoke. It degrades health, etc. Originally I would have proposed so that it was illegal in government buildings, but then it does not have this clause "However, service/employer property owners that allow smoking must provide a separate non-smoking section.". So a bit more extreme, but hopefully acceptable is the following proposal. |

Old value:: Smoking is legal everywhere, at the discretion of the property owner. However, service/employer property owners that allow smoking must provide a separate non-smoking section.
Current: Smoking is legal outdoors and in private homes and clubs, but illegal indoors in all places of employment.
Proposed: Smoking is legal outdoors and in private homes and clubs, but illegal indoors in places of employment, with the exception of places that primarily serve liquor.
