Bill: Judicial Act 4179

Details

Submitted by[?]: Konservative Unionistische Partei

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: November 4179

Description[?]:

We are a great nation, with great views and so we must lead the way, globally, to have a free, open and democratic judicial system. Our current system is frankly unfair and undemocratic; and although we hold the Kaiser in our highest regard, we do not believe one man should have that amount of power. We propose a fairer system which will bring significant change to our once great nation; where regional courts can sanction criminals and crooks but the national, similar to the supreme court, can overall such decisions.

Random fact: In cases where a party has no seat, the default presumption should be that the party is able to contribute to debates in the legislature due to one of its members winning a seat at a by-election. However, players may collectively improvise arrangements of their own to provide a satisfying explanation for how parties with no seats in the legislature can speak and vote there.
