| "Based on the strong and ancient ties that unite the nations of Selucia and Istalia, I have proposed a formal meeting, to be celebrated every 4 years, between the Head of State and the Head of Government of both nations, in order to discuss social and political issues. The meeting will take place in alternate cities of both nations, by turns (the first one in Istalia, the second in Selucia, and so on). The dates of the first meeting will be discussed if this bill passes the approval of this camera. In case a government in any of the nations decides not to assist, it should be notified with at least 6 months before the supposed meeting."
