Description[?]:
Mr Speaker, Members of Congress, I stand before you again to present a bill on behalf of my many supporters as well as those in Baltusia who are true patriots and believe in true Hosian values. As Congress has decided to turn its back on my proposal to clamp down on immoral and lurid activity I must ask this house to consider a new bill. I have already established that the root cause of this problem is other people coming to our fine nation with their own ways and beliefs and finding a home here. Now, this is ok if these people will integrate into our society and conform to our moral and ethical code. But when our own politicians allow them to act how they want and do what they want, however offensive, in the so-called interests of free speech then something has gone fundamentally wrong. I cannot simply turn the other way when these people are acting out sexually lurid activities on the streets, it is distressing, it is intimidating and we won't stand for it any longer – no sir! That is why, through Article 1 of this bill, I ask the government to look at tightening our citizenship laws. By all means allow foreign tourists, visitors, workers and the like - and even those refugees who are allowed under our laws, but let us also help preserve our national identity by making nationality exclusive to the people of Baltusia. In one fell swoop we could end the cultural friction that is being created by droves of foreign people arriving here and staying permanently after being granted nationality. Being Baltusian is something to be proud of; right now I am not proud of the way these people are acting on the streets or how the government and other parties are allowing them the freedom to act in this immoral way. The second article of this bill is the ongoing issue with the Patriotic Security League. This has still not been resolved and the PSL still hangs in limbo. It is despicable that such a nationally-hailed organisation, which would do much to ensure law is preserved on our streets, is denied existence. Now more than ever we need people who believe strongly in our national values to help preserve what it means to be Baltusian. The PSL is the embodiment of everything this country stands for and we should deny their legitimacy no longer. I encourage parties to take these articles seriously. Any attempts to dismiss them as 'racist' or 'militaristic' are also dismissing the growing number of people who support me, vote for the National Darvosian agenda and put Baltusia first! We open this up to debate. Darius Darvos National Darvosian Faction Leader Patriotic Party |

Message | I do support your statements. I will like you to moderate your position on the proposals. Not granting citizenship to anyone other than the natural born citizens is bit extreme. I also will hope that we officially recognize the paramilitary forces. |

Message | Members of Congress, These proposals may not be racist but they're definitely xenophobic! And as for Mr Darvos' second proposal, that would only inflame tensions and would give extremists a legal way to carry out their crimes. The Patriotic Security League may not be a part of that category, but there's always the chance others will be. I must also also question why the PSL must be immediately legalised, since there are currently no major security threat the authorities can't deal with, and should a situation occur, a paramilitary clearly affiliated with a political party would only make things worse. Times have changed, and our courageous police and military have managed to defend this nation sucessfully without the help of any paramilitary group. Nonetheless, there are still security dangers, and this nation cannot risk giving extremists a loophole to commit crimes by 'not officially acknowledging paramilitaries' just for old times sake. Message | Members of Congress, Firstly, I give the Patriotic salute to the Outsider Party. Support of this bill would be welcome and we are sure they will be tremendous disciples of our ideology. Secondly, I say this to the Minister for Environment and Tourism, if xenophobic means being concerned and fearful of the growing tide of cultural, economic and social changes new arrivals are bringing with them to the detriment of our country, then I hold my hands up. However, I am more concerned about government policy that does nothing to stem this tide - and it is that I seek to change. I also say to the minister that the Patriotic Security League attempted to become a legitimate security business, which would have worked with state governors and organisations to provide extra security and training where necessary. However, the former PLCA and their communist friends poisoned the water and used paramilitary legislation to ban them (this at a time when the Vampires were running rife, so we can see what their agenda was). The only current way they can legitimately operate is if the paramilitary ban is lifted - or the government makes an exemption order to allow the PSL to operate. Message | mr Darvos this bill would create havoc in Baltusia, by not allowing citizenship to good hardworking immigrants and letting paramilitaries exist you would cause massive racial tensions especially as you wish to have the PSL as a figurehead of your party it concerns me deeply that you are going to almost Fascist measures Alfred Martins |

Message | Members of Congress, Typical of the communists to use words like fascist to describe bold bills that will boost security. Pay no heed to them, they simply wish to spread anarchy and sell out our country to let in more of their comrades from far left countries. Darius Darvos |
