Message | If workers go on strike for good reason, but have been fired, it will be illegal. Since it is illegal, it can be taken to court. As you pointed out, "reasonable reason" is somewhat ambiguous. This ambiguity will allow for more flexibility in deciding who is right: the employer or the employee. The government should not favor one over the other, and the law currently favors the employee. |

Message | your party seems to care more about those at the top than those at the bottom. We need to allow our people power because big businesses even with us being on no ones side have humongous power and we are giving them even more power with changing this. This doesn't make us neutral. Theres many ways to interpret reasonable reasons and businesses will have the power and money to shift that interpretation to their liking. |

Random fact: The people in your nation don't like inactive parties. When you often abstain from voting for a bill, they will dislike your party and your visibility to the electorate will decrease significantly. Low visibility will means you are likely to lose seats. So keep in mind: voting Yes or No is always better than Abstaining. |
