| Members of Congress, Although our party stands for a laissez-faire market economy, we also understand that there have been a number of concerns raised about our stock exchange and its unregulated nature that we need to address. We therefore offer this compromise bill, which will still give the financial institutions the freedom they need whilst introducing a government safety blanket to allay any fears from left leaning parties. For we were elected on a mandate which opposed increased regulations and supported business growth. Our party have and always will support a free market economy. For I know the time when my grandfather, living under the communist-socialist governments, couldn't grow his business because of burdening regulations.
