Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: December 4182

Description[?]:

To Our Colleagues,

Our current law states that The police cannot search a person or their property without their consent unless the police have obtained a warrant from a court. However this means that some clever criminals can get away with crime as the police cannot legally enter without the courts permission.

Following concerns from the Republican Part, our proposed bill is that the police can search a house within good reason or from permission from the court. We feel that if the police have good suspicion to search a house we good reasons, then they will have a higher chance in able to catch criminals that are currently getting away with crimes and help us to reduce our crime rate.

Lets stop those clever criminals and help give the police the power to do what they should legally be able to do and stop them!
