Message | Mr. Speaker, This is death warrant for the Luthorian economy, and it seeks to make everyone worse off, except perhaps for the Socialist Party, which evidently seeks to profit off of selling false promises to the working class. The fact is, these policies are voodoo economics that do nothing but raise costs, cut wages, and dampen production and innovation. Nations who adopted Metzism at one time or another abound in history, and we all learned in our studies whatever happened to those: economic calamity and regression. I yield. Rt Hon. Nicola Sweeney MD Minister of Finance United Luthori (Shippington South) |

Message | Mr. Speaker, I believe that the Rt. Hon Minister of Finance presents a respectable concern about our proposed economic reform package, but I also believe that Minister Sweeney needs to understand the concerns of Luthori's working class and what they demand in our government. Whilst we may believe that we are in the middle of an economic boom, for the working class it is much of the monotonous same. Nothing has changed their economic situation, and nothing will until we directly address their problems in the Imperial Diet. I yield. Oliver Gibson Leader of the Socialist Party |
