Description[?]:
Senators, The only way to adequately bring quality services and freedom of choice to all students and not refer those who cannot pay for a private education to substandard private establishments, is to hand over the education sector to competing private entrepreneurs. Those who fail to deliver will be rejected and thus will be 'liberated' from our tax money. Relaxing Curriculum enforcement will also make it possible for all of our country's different ethnic communities to be served education services that suits their own particular way of life.
