I belive that our nation should have the right to develop, construct and store biological and chemical weapons and be permitted to use them if they are used against us first, without them we are vulnerable and open to atatck but with them we have the means to defend ourselves and put other nations off inavison, with nations starting to go to war everywere it would be unwise to have no defences. |
