| Message | consumed anywhere? i don't agree to that part.... Alcohol, should only be consumed in Private vicinities. Such as homes, restaurants, bars, etc. The last thing we need is drunk people, especially teenagers wandering around on the streets, doing G-d knows what... |

| Message | Conservatives: For once and this may seem strange!! I entirely understand your point!!! However, there is no option in the existing proposals to limit where alchohol is consumed. We can limit where it is bought and who it is consumed by but not where!!! This therefore is probably the best option available. Obviously the police can deal with really drunk people wandering the streets (though I concede that that is a waste of police resources better used elsewhere) |
