Bill: Local curfews
Details
Submitted by[?]: Republican Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: April 4183
Description[?]:
Even in a state of emergency, maintaining a national curfew would require widespread manpower in addition to great investments of money and time. If a state of emergency is declared, local governments should be allowed to set their own curfews if they feel it is appropriate and local police departments can help to enforce the curfew more efficiently within a single region. It helps to keep our children and our citizens safe. |
