Article 1 The Blue Horde is the main military force in Khanate. Its size shall not be limited unlike all other militias which may comprise of no more than 1,000 men. Article 2 The Blue Horde is to be under the control of the H'an as Supreme Commander. The H'an has the authority to appoint all officers of the Blue Horde and deploy and command Horde units. He may delegate exercise of such authority to relevant Mnistrs. Article 3 The Blue Horde is also charged with enforcing the law and special policing units shall be organised by the Mnistry of Defence. Article 4 The Mnistry shall also be charged with creating a H'andin Observance Promotion Unit to promote religious fervour among the populace and to arrest and punish heretics, apostates and such other wicked persons. |
