| An amendment to the Early Elections that would amend the section detailing vacant seats. I. Early elections will be automatically triggered when 10% of the seats are vacant, if between 5-9.99% of the seats are vacant the National Assembly may propose a vote on early elections and will only be held if half plus one of the members remaining vote in favour. |
