| Dear Zards, Our cultural protocol is not up-to-date anymore. Due to that, we present to you our proposal for a new, fresh, topical and up-to-date cultural protocal. OLD SITUATION: ETHNICITY Augustan = Esperanto-speaking Byzantine & late Roman (http://particracy.wikia.com/wiki/Augustan_people) Tokundian = Serb (http://particracy.wikia.com/wiki/Tokundian_people) Mallan = Amharic-speaking Ethiopian (http://particracy.wikia.com/wiki/Mallan_people) Irkawan = Coptic Egyptian (http://particracy.wikia.com/wiki/Irkawan_people) Majatran = Arab (http://particracy.wikia.com/wiki/Majatrans) Jelbic = Jelbic-speaking Central Asians / Eurasian Steppe Peoples (http://particracy.wikia.com/wiki/Jelbic_people) ~Percentages of the Population~ Augustans: 64% Mallans: 18% Tokundians: 7% Irkawans: 4% Jelbics: 2% Majatrans: 2% Others (Deltarians, Solentians, Kalopians, etc.): 3% -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ARTICLE 1: SECTION I. The composition of our society has been changed. The following happend: Our Jelbic inhabitans have, due to our deteriorating relation with Jelbania, massively left the country, which made their amount of civilians so small that the our Ministery of Foreign Affairs declared them as 'to small to mention' and 'irrelevant'. For now, their share in the composition of our society has been made a part of 'Others'. NEW SITUATION: ~Percentages of the Population~ Augustans: 64% Mallans: 18% Tokundians: 7% Irkawans: 4% Majatrans: 2% Others (Deltarians, Solentians, Kalopians, etc.): 5% -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ARTICLE 2: Section II A. Due to the emergence of a mega-manufacturer (REMARK: This is an official government bill: We will not mention the name of the company to prevent advertising), a lot civilians (especially Egelians) from other continents came to our beautiful nation for jobs, welfare and of course our beautiful health care system. They settled and made themselves a mentionable group in our society and therefore our Ministery of Foreign Affairs declared them 'Relevant to mention.' NEW SITUATION: ~Percentages of the Population~ Augustans: 64% Mallans: 18% Tokundians: 7% Irkawans: 4% Egelians: 3% Majatrans: 2% Others (Deltarians, Solentians, Kalopians, etc.): 2% -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ARTICLE 2: SECTION II B. Of course, other origins then Egelians also came to our great nation, because of the huge amount of jobs available at the mega-manufacturer. That's why the ethnicity changed just a little bit. The main reason why the Egelians where here first, was simply because they were better developed in vehicles. NEW SITUATION: ~Percentages of the Population~ Augustans: 64% Mallans: 18% Tokundians: 6% Irkawans: 4% Egelians: 3% Majatrans: 3% Others (Deltarians, Solentians, Kalopians, etc.): 2% -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ARTICLE 3: SECTION III. Because of the population growth, the ethnicity between each populationgroup has also changed a little. The biggest population groups (Augustans, Mallans) can make more babies which makes their share in our ethnicity bigger. Some smaller groups (Tokundians, Irkawans) have made less babies than the other small population groups. The rest of the population groups (Egelians, Majatrans, Others) has made 'enough' babies to keep their share the same as before. The Central Bureau of Statistics and Numbers (CBSN) has publicated a rapport about this in this month, November 4182. Therefore, the Minstery of Foreign Affairs have noticed it and thinks it is important to publish this in the cultural protocal. NEW SITUATION: ~Percentages of the Population~ Augustans: 66% Mallans: 19% Tokundians: 4% Irkawans: 3% Egelians: 3% Majatrans: 3% Others (Deltarians, Solentians, Kalopians, etc.): 2% -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ARTICLE 4: SECTION IV. Zardugal and Kobura has both signed (ZAR: 04/4175 / COB: 11/4181) for the 'The Zardo-Coburan Open Border Treaty' (http://classic.particracy.net/viewtreaty.php?treatyid=3646), in which it will be easier then ever before to change your nationality from Zard to Coburan and vice versa. Our CBSN has calculated and examined that most of the Irkawans will return to their homeland, and that only 1/3 will stay in Zardugal, making their new part of the ethnicity 1%. Another situation in Kobura, where it is not the Irkawans, but the Augustans who are willight to return home (to Zardugal). They haven't said any numbers, but our CBSN has calculated that approximately 1/8 Augustans will return, and perhaps even more. The expected that he new composition of our society will be as followed: NEW SITUATION: ~Percentages of the Population~ Augustans: 68% Mallans: 19% Tokundians: 4% Egelians: 3% Majatrans: 3% Irkawans: 1% Others (Deltarians, Solentians, Kalopians, etc.): 2% To compare the old situation with the new(est) one: DENONYM / OLD PART / NEW PART Augustans / 64% / 68% Mallans / 18% / 19% Tokundians / 7% / 4% Irkawans / 4% / 1% Jelbics / 2% / 0% (to few.
