| The RNF Home Secretary, Horace Ryan, introduces an act to provide, on a VOLUNTARY basis, identity cards to the citizens of Rutania. This will provide the citizens of Rutania with the ability to obtain a government approved identification, if desired, for work, travel, or personal purposes. |
