Bill: Weapons Allowed to Private Citizens Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: Conservative Party (보수당)
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: July 4184
Description[?]:
Our current law is that Citizens may own any type of weapon. They may be carried anywhere except as determined by the property owner. Although this law is good as the property owner is given the final say in weather weapons can be carried, we believe this does not do enough to prevent fatal innocent murders or injuries from ghastly weapons. The proposed bill we would like to put in place is that only certain types of weapons may be owned by the general public, but these may be carried anywhere except as determined by the property owner. We feel this bill will do more in order to prevent innocent murders and injuries by banning these dangerous weapons. However, we are not fully banning all weapons only certain types which can be carried anywhere except as determined by the property owner. |

Message | We can't support this Bill. We see it as a good step forward. However, we firmly believe that private fire-arms should be forbidden for everybody. The result would be endless bloodshed and national insecurity. |

Random quote: “The people's war isn't just a war of destruction, it is also a war of construction. We will build new facilities, new hospitals, new farms. We will seek to improve the lives of the people around us. This struggle will be as costly as the struggle against the bourgeois army, and indeed will be even more damaging to the enemy.” - Comrade X, former Hulstrian politician |
