Message | Mr. Speaker, This bill is nothing but a massive waste of money. If anything we should reduce the military budget. Michael Hinterbacher, 1. Parteivorsitzender |

Message | Mr. Speaker, Our party sees no reason to implement this resolution. We already have the most technologically advanced army on the Artanian continent with 190 thousand active troops and nearly 500 thousand in reserve [http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=506833]. We also see no reason to expand our fleet of aircraft carriers as we uphold 17 of them [http://particracy.wikia.com/wiki/Bundesmarine_(Dorvik)] and 15 years in service proposed by the VNP is far too short for a unit of this type to be kept in service therefore we find it extremely inefficient and wasteful. That's for the first proposal. Second one is not backed by any regulations making it more declaratory statement rather than a law proposal. We believe that the current budget of 34bn DDO is more than enough to upkeep a high standard of out military and a high level of salaries. As for the military bases we are open for discussion, but I ask the VNP to expand their point of view and the meaning of an "intense" military training camps. Emilly Wagner, Bundeskanzlerin der Bundesrepublik Dorvik. |

Message | Mr speaker, I see no reason not to improve our military just because we are great already. Bigger is better after all and nothing awful would come of increasing soldier salaries and increasing our standing on the world stage. Prehaps we haven't been clear enough when we talk of intense training camps. We want our military to be strong and influential these training camps will train up to 5,000 soldiers at a time in conditions mirroring real war. When you sign up you must be prepared and that is what these training camps will be. I think that it's wrong to undermine ourselves and say that we are not good enough to lead. Thank you. |

Message | You are the workers party. Would you rather us not bother to pay them for putting their lives on the line? Or would you complain? Joseph Jiebels, VNP leader and representative. |

Message | Mr.Speaker, We see Absolutely no need for increasing the Military Budget,The Conservative Government already spends 34 bn DDO,I don't think there is a need to spend more,Dorvik is a Military Superpower(OOC Source:-RP Economic and Military Ranking in the forum). So I think we must spend more on priority departments such as Healthcare, Education and Infrastructure. Thank you, Erica Klausenburg |
