An Act, (1) To allow for the granting of titles of nobility in Kazulia. (2) To establish the "Archduchy of Hent" as the vassal government for the Fylke of Hent, to be ruled by an Archduke or Archduchess. (3) To hereby grant Her Excellence, Astrid Elisabeth Buchan-Kristiansen, Standard Royal Bearer of Kazulmark, and her royal House of Buchan-Kristiansen, the noble title of Archduchess of Hent and ducal reign over the newly established Archduchy of Hent. (3.1) The title of Archduke or Archduchess, and the Archduchy of Hent itself, shall be inherited by Archduchess Astrid Elisabeth Buchan-Kristiansen's direct-line descended heirs, without regard to gender; if there are no direct-line descended heirs, the reigning Archduke or Archduchess shall appoint an heir, provided that the appointed heir is a member of the House of Buchan-Kristiansen. (3.2) Archduchess Astrid Elisabeth Buchan-Kristiansen shall be styled as: Her Highness, Lady Astrid I, Archduchess of Hent. (3.3) Successor Archdukes or Archduchesses shall receive the following style and titles, or the gender equivalent(s): His Highness, Archduke of Hent. (4) To recognize the House of Buchan-Kristiansen as the Archducal family and ruling house of the Archduchy of Hent. Be It Unanimously Enacted by the Great Assembly of Kazulia and Granted By His Royal Highness, King Arvid II of Kazulia. |
