MessageMr. Speaker

This is a matter very similar to private education and health care institutions. If parents are willing to pay additional funds to send their children to smaller or private nurseries why should that not be their right as parents? There is already a large and fully funded system of publicly available nurseries which give all parents access to free childcare and give children a fair start. What difference does it make if it was in a government funded nursery or a for profit private nursery?
