Description[?]:
This bill is an amendment to the constitution This law shall become active in case of an emergency (eg. war, civil war, major civil unrest, major threats to the society) and will and will change some constitutional responsibilities. The exact definition of such a threat rests to the Kaiser I. The HoS (Kaiser) is allowed to rule by edicts. The proclamation of a law by the HoS is sufficient to make it binding I.a. This ecxludes laws that are against the constitution II. The Kaiser may appoint the Chancellor III. A case of emergency can either be ended officially by the will of the HoS or by a 2/3 majority of the Reichstag Our party thinks that a law like this is necessary to prevent chaos in a case of emergency Marlon III Prince of Narikaton |
