Description[?]:
Dear colleagues, The previous government of Free Dranland has allowed our military discipline and humanity to waver dangerously. We want a professional military that can defend our nation. But we also want a military that shows restraint and acts according to international law. We want a professional force that abides to human rights. That is why we propose new legislation that has the following core principles: 1. Our military is a professional, highly trained force under the control of the government 2. Our military is capable of defending our country and our citizens at any moment and in any situation that can arise 3. Our military abides by international law and human rights in war and peacetime 4. Our military will not use chemical and biological weapons 5. Our military will not endanger the lives of citizens by using landmines We see forward to your reactions. Kind regards, The SDA Party Leadership |

Message | Dear Speaker, While this bill is mostly good, but the nuclear weapon stance we'd prefer to be “use only if victory isn't possible by other means.” It also appears the bill will fail but we will vote “yay” as it's mostly good. Chairman Kim Minjun National Conservative Party |
