| Silvio Mancino, PSLI: "Hon. collegues, I come from Bescara, where there is the hq of the company 7Foglie, specialized in recreational drugs. I saw the increase of the affairs for the company, I see the establishment of cultivation, farming and refining factories, but most important, I saw the fall of most part of the illegale trade and of the illegal organization which managed this market. Bescara today, despite it is the istalian hub of the turism related to the recreational drugs (together with Marina di Eristano), is one of the most safe city of the nation. For this reason, I want present this P.d.l. to decriminalize totally this matter and stamp our definitively the illegal market which continue to operate for the synthetic recreational drugs. The State could besides eliminate the reason of existence of these illegal organizations, it will ensure safe products which meet national health standards, to the benefit of consumers but also the market, interior as Global, which will offer on the market high quality and safe products. This proposal so is not only a matter of public policy, but it could also be to the benefit of the national economy. Thank you" |
