| Alcoholic beveridges should not be on sale anywhere and everywhere, restricting it's sale to certain licenced vendors. This will mean that it will be a lot more efficient to enforce the rule that they can only be consumed by adults. Enforcement officers will know where to look for underage drinkers, those selling alcohol to underage citizens or to someone who is buying it for them. The currently is simply too difficult to police. |
