Message | Foreign Secretary, As a party we are torn between our general enthusiasm for free trade tempered by our need to preserve jobs for Baltusian people and companies. Do you have any examples of overseas businesses who may be willing to base themselves here based on this law change - and how it would benefit our domestic employee base and markets? I know some of this information may be sensitive but if you could give some general examples, perhaps. Alexandra Flanders Patriotic Party Leader in Congress |

Message | We don't believe that foreign investors should be given a free pass to invest in baltusia. What if kalistan investors can invest freely in baltusia? But since we are a part of the cabinet along with the Republican party we will abstain until the President decides. |

Message | Well I would like to thank Congressman Flanders for that question. I would like to inform Congress that this bill was introduced after I was contacted by a media company from Istalia. The letter from them read: "Greetings to the Government of Baltusia, I'm Federico Fontana, and I'm representative of the PMI Media S.p.A., Istalian Company active on the media (tv, radio, web, web mobile, etc...). I would like notify to your Government and public opinion that my company (given the extreme favourable corporate tax in Hobrazia) decided to invest also in your nation, which we will be sure that will welcome our services and products. My company since 2 years are searching a telecommunication company in which invest and to make become part of the International PMI Media's Next Network, through the purchaising of shares of the mentioned Baltusian company: we are sure we will created thousand of new jobs and we will reach to create the "Baltusia Next Broadcasting" to offer to Baltusia customers the following services: - Free to Air Tv channels of the PMI Media. - Pay tv platform "Next" (over than 500 channels all over the world) of PMI Media - Web media platform linked with "Next" (if you subscribe in Next you will have also the acces to our web platfom through with an app) - Mobile phone provider "Olinex" (with the Next app include on the subscrition) - Smartphone and Computer Company "Oliverdi S.p.A." which produce new generation smartphone (very well linked with the Next Services) Absolutely all in Luthorian language and open to the creation also of contenent or channel with other local languages. In respecting of the Baltusian laws my company will not purchaise the majority of the shares of the future Baltusia Next Broadcasting which will remain a Baltusian internal broadcasting company linked with the PMI Media and the Next Broadcasting Brand, and we hope that the Baltusian Society and Market will glad about this investment and my company hope to cooperate at best into Baltusian society and economy. But I would like ask to you: there are possibilities in the future that the baltusian law about the foreign investment will change? Given your political positions, I supposed that you could agree to open to the free investment. Also for this reason I contacted you. Thank you for your time. Respectfully, Federico Fontana, Director of the Marketing of PMI Media S.p.A." Such companies would highly benefit jobs, the economy and consumer choice and I would thus ask both the Patrioitc Party and Foundation Party to vote for a freer market and a freer Terra. Thank you. Foreign Secretary Harper |
