| Due to the calming political climate in North Somasi, this bill will terminate martial law in Somasi and return North Somasi from the direct federal control to the Somasi provincial government by November 1st, 4195. Parts of former North Somasi will be given back piece by piece starting from the rural areas. The Somasi provincial government will be given 20,000,000,000 ACR to redevelop the area. |
