Old value:: All ingredients and corresponding nutritional information must be listed.
Current: All ingredients and corresponding nutritional information must be listed.
Proposed: Only the major ingredients need to be listed.
Article 2

Old value:: Food may be sold by licensed vendors only, and shelf lives of foods are enforced.
Current: The licensing of food sale is left for local governments to decide.
Proposed: Anyone may sell food, but shelf lives of foods are enforced.

Old value:: There is a public health care system, but private clinics are allowed.
Current: Health care is entirely private.
