Message | The main objective of this government is to bring scienfic progress. The Art 3 of this bill will stop this because it will take off the obligation on researches. If local governments do not have the same aim as us to develop the science and technoly, this will hold de progress back. The legislation we have now give us the security to keep always on the progress way, independing of the government that won the elections |
