Bill: Regulating Detrimental Behavior

Details

Submitted by[?]: Lutte Féministe de Libération

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: January 2185

Description[?]:

We must regulate the use of tobacco to slow its use. Similar regulatory actions have been taken all over the real world, and with great success.

The fact is that while smoking may be a personal choice, it affects all of us indirectly. Most importantly, its use causes serious health problems, many of which will later be paid for by the people through our generous health service program.

MessageRestrictions on advertising, limiting addition of harmful chemicals, etc. That'd be my guess.

Similar to most country's restrictions, I'd suppose.
