Bill: poverty line in verona

Details

Submitted by[?]: Royal house of salvia

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: March 4190

Description[?]:

The formulation of the Poverty line for a single person shall be GDP (c)*Cost of Living Expenses.

Article 1: Cost of Living expenses shall be set at 25% for housing, 15% for food, and 5% for clothing (medicine and Education are fully subsidized by the government, but when they are not, an extra 10% for medicine and 5% for education shall be included in the figure), or 45% of all consumption.

The figure is roughly 25,200 for a single person. For each additional family member, add an additional 40% of the poverty line for a single person (because the housing is not paid for twice), so the poverty line for a family of three would be set at roughly 30,000

if people earn less than the poverty line of a family of three, the pay no income taxes.
