Message"Our nation has an active space program which has made many discoveries, however science is an international effort, and joining the ISA would help our scientific community and might increase relations with other nations also in this agency. My colleague the former minister of science, Susan Jackson, has advised me that this is a great idea for this nation, and, as she only left office after this last election, I decided to head her advice and hope you all will agree to ratify this treaty"

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context.
