MessageMembers of Congress,

As a small economic power we need to look at all ways to stimulate growth as quickly as possible. We have seen in the past by opening our doors to nations like Istalia that this has benefitted us many times over. The huge solar plant in Terrarokka is one example; the military base in Athosia another.

Rather than be to our detriment I believe this measure would increase this kind of investment even more - creating new jobs for Baltusians and boosting both scientific and technological research in this country. It is not a sell out, it is an investment in the future.
