| This is the bill for the discussion in the Thaller Congress, the congress is an event to improve the stability of the country in general. Kaiser Jens invited every party-leader to meet him in public part of Thaller-Fortress. OOC: An opening speech of Jens will follow soon. |

We would have to have 100% assurances that slavery and segregation would never be re-introduced, and have it so that the TE will never discriminate against Darnussians, and treat them as equals.
