| This bill would confirm the formation of veronan Chemical Company. Financed by finance ministry. Under the control of the defence ministry. It will: 1. Affirm chemical weapons as a main development concern of vorona 2. Allow the VCC the first rights to development of chemical weapons. 3. Affords the TKCC the rights to develop the even the most dangerous of chemical weapons with rights to up to 12 facilities across vorona 3a. Assure developed weapons rights will be owned by the government 4. States safety concerns are to be negotiated between the VCC and the Health ministry. Facilities must be away from all established cities. .5. Establishe a large annual production quota of phosgene and phosgene based weapons. |
